Fresh from his concerto debut with the Minnesota Orchestra in July, Danny Driver has agreed to step in at short notice for a performance of Saint-Saëns' 5th Piano Concerto with the American Symphony Orchestra under Leon Botstein.  The performance will take place on August 11th at Bard's Fisher Center and is part of this year's Bard Music Festival and its focus on Camille Saint-Saëns and his world.  Driver will also be performing solo and in chamber music at Bard on August 17th and 19th - see calendar for further details.
